Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be home when my home is being cleaned?

This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored or you may let us into the home.

 

What If I need to reschedule a house cleaning?

Simply contact us prior to your cleaning day. We will do our best to meet your personal needs.
Since we have many clients to keep happy, we ask that you contact us 48 hours before your house cleaning if you need to skip or change a visit. If late notice means I cannot put another customer in your spot, a fee of $50 may be charged, although I want to help you avoid incurring these fees!

What if I accidentally lock you out on my cleaning day?

If we are unable to get into your home on your cleaning day, you may be assessed a lock-out fee of $50. Most of our clients either provide us with a key or hide one in a lock box on the premises on house cleaning day.

What should I do about my security system on my house cleaning day?

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give us access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients set up a guest or temporary code for us.

 

What should I do with my pets during the house cleaning?

We love pets, but please tell us if you have any and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know, such as, are they friendly, where will they be during our visit, etc. Although it's not a requirement, we'd suggest that pets be kept away from the cleaning areas so that we can clean better.

Are my valuables safe?

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want us to clean that area. We carry all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

How do I pay for my house cleaning?

Payment is due when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash payments. First-time and/or one-time cleanings must be paid by cash or credit card on the day of the cleaning.

 

Do I need to provide any house cleaning products or equipment?

We provide all house cleaning products. If you have special house cleaning products you would like us to use, please be sure to let us know.

Since everyone gauges quality differently, we feel we've set exemplary standards and strive to maintain them with each and every visit. We make every effort to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. If you ever feel your cleaning is less than satisfactory, please notify us within 24 hours after your house cleaning so that we may return as soon as possible to fix the problem free of charge.
